Terms and Conditions of 5nnbet – Clear rules so you can bet with confidence

01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the 5nnbet platform — whether via the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 5nnbet. They apply to all activities carried out on the platform: Sports Betting on Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil and other competitions, Live Casino games, slots, crash games such as Aviator and JetX, poker, progressive jackpot and any other available product.

02 Registration, Eligibility & Account Verification

To create an account on 5nnbet and use any of the platform's services, the user must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information in the registration form;
• Not be serving an active self-exclusion period on any betting platform;
• Not be an employee, partner or immediate family member of a 5nnbet employee.

5nnbet strictly allows one account per user. Duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address or device will be closed and any balances held pending investigation. Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be cancelled with no right to appeal.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be requested at any time. For withdrawals above a certain amount or in situations requiring identity confirmation, you will be asked to submit documents such as a government-issued ID, CPF, and recent proof of address. The review period is up to 48 business hours.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

5nnbet operates exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and balances are denominated in R$. There are no currency conversions, exchange rates, or hidden fees in the platform's payment processes.

The deposit methods accepted by 5nnbet include:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — processed within up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit cards from major networks;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED bank transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and other financial institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. 5nnbet does not accept third-party deposits — the account holder making the payment must be the same person registered on the platform.

For withdrawals, the available methods are Pix or bank transfer to an account held in the name of the 5nnbet account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. The maximum processing time for any withdrawal is 48 hours after internal approval.

04 Sports Betting – General Rules

Sports Betting at 5nnbet covers a wide range of competitions, with a strong focus on Brazilian football: Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, state championships (Paulista, Carioca, Mineiro, Gaúcho), and other domestic and international tournaments. Beyond football, the platform also offers betting on MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and more.

By placing a bet on 5nnbet, the user agrees to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the user once the acceptance window has closed;
• The minimum stake per single bet is R$ 1.00;
• Accumulator bets (combiners) multiply the odds of all selections — if one selection is voided, its corresponding odds are removed and the remaining ones are recalculated;
• In the event of a proven technical error in the odds (odd error), 5nnbet reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the staked amount to the account balance;
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays — 5nnbet is not responsible for decisions made based on information obtained from sources outside the platform.

Events cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the original date will have all single bets fully refunded. Events suspended and resumed within the 48-hour window remain valid. Sport-specific rules are available in the Help section of the platform.

The Cash Out feature — closing a bet early before the final result — is available on a selection of events as indicated in the 5nnbet interface. The Cash Out value is calculated by the system in real time based on how the event is unfolding and may differ from the original stake or potential return.

05 Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

5nnbet periodically offers welcome bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to Copa do Brasil and Brasileirão, weekly cashback and other offers for registered users. Each promotion has specific terms communicated at the time of the offer — including bonus amount, rollover requirement, validity period and eligible markets.

The general rules that apply to all 5nnbet bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet, not the real-money wallet, until the rollover requirement is met;
• The standard rollover requirement is 10 times the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• Cancelled bets, bets with Cash Out activated by the user, and bets on cancelled events do not count toward rollover completion;
• Unused bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the credit date, unless otherwise stated;
• 5nnbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted due to technical errors or fraud, following an internal investigation and notification to the user.

07 5nnbet VIP Program

The 5nnbet VIP Program is a points-based loyalty system available to all registered users. Every BRL wagered on Sports Betting or casino games earns VIP points according to the current conversion rate for each product category.

VIP Program benefits include weekly cashback on net bets, personalized bonuses based on your playing profile, access to exclusive tournaments and competitions for VIP members, and — at the highest tiers — a dedicated account manager. 5nnbet reserves the right to modify the VIP Program rules, including point accrual rates, level requirements and available benefits, with 15 days' prior notice to affected users. VIP points are non-transferable between accounts and have no direct monetary value — they can only be used within the mechanics established by the program.

08 Responsible Gambling and User Protection

5nnbet is committed to responsible gambling practices and to protecting users who may develop problematic behaviors related to betting and casino games. The platform makes the following tools available directly in the account settings:

• Weekly or monthly deposit limit — set by the user, effective immediately upon activation;
• Per-session betting limit — control over the maximum amount wagered within a set period;
• Temporary break — account access suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days, as chosen by the user;
• Permanent self-exclusion — definitive account closure with access blocked, irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

09 Privacy, Data Protection & LGPD

• Access to your personal data stored by the platform;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Data portability to another service or product provider;
• Deletion of personal data processed on the basis of your consent;
• Information about the public and private entities with which 5nnbet has engaged in shared data use.

Personal data collected by 5nnbet is used solely for: account creation and management, processing deposits and withdrawals, fraud and money laundering prevention (AML/CFT), compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and communications related to use of the platform.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through 5nnbet support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any available BRL balance in the main wallet will be returned to the user via the registered payment method.

5nnbet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• Use of multiple accounts or violation of the one-account-per-CPF policy;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity on the account;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in violation of the established rules;
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward the support team;
• Use of automation software, bots or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.

In cases of account closure due to a serious violation, 5nnbet may hold the available balance pending investigation and, if the irregularity is confirmed, direct the funds to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

5nnbet makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform running continuously and free of technical issues. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, particularly during scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

5nnbet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user based on information obtained outside the platform;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by connectivity issues with the user's internet provider or mobile carrier;
• Delays in live streams used by the user for live betting — event streaming available on the platform may lag behind real time;
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the platform.

5nnbet's total liability to any individual user, under any circumstance, is limited to the balance available in that user's account at the time of the relevant event.

12 Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

5nnbet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users at least 15 days in advance via the registered email address and a prominent notice on the platform. Minor changes may be implemented with a notification within the document itself, identified by the update date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 5nnbet platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the changes, you must close your account before the new Terms come into force. Any available balance will be returned in accordance with the voluntary closure rules described in section 10.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Brazil. Should any dispute not be resolved amicably through 5nnbet support, the competent jurisdiction will be the court of the user's place of residence, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990). 5nnbet fully respects the consumer rights established by the CDC.
